I'm Lindsey, a twenty-something getting way too close to 30 for my liking. An Illinois native currently living in Packer country (don't worry, Dad, I'll always be a Bears fan!)
I married my childhood sweetheart in July 2011 in a surprise wedding.
We have two crazy puppies, Lucy and Maddie.
We are adding to our family this November with our first baby!
We walked 60 miles for the Susan G. Komen 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk in Chicago in August 2012.
I recently made the decision to leave teaching in order to stay at home with our baby due in November. I have taught bilingual kindergarten for the past three years and have loved it. Teaching in Spanish is one of my passions and I'm so fortunate to have been able to do it with an age level I love. This blog is kind of a hodge-podge of stuff. It started out as a way to document our journey through the 3Day walk, but it has continued to be an outlet and a way to update our family on our lives and now is focused on our growing family.
